Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications, zoning requirements, and regulations.
Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
Collaborate with Preconstruction Team for constructability and Budget Reviews.
Originate all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders according to company standards.
Travel to various job site locations as needed.
Ensure accurate cost management and CTC reporting.
Regularly inspect work for quality and timelessness; provide progress to Owners and Architects.
Develop schedules and cost-effective plans during Preconstruction and Construction.
Involvement in the Sales process and attendance at RFQ’s, interviews, and Owner meetings.
