Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity
Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for
Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress
Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
Knowledge of COMMERCIAL GLAZING Projects of varying size and scope, including curtainwall, exterior façade systems, metal cladding, interior glazing, skylights and handrails, etc.
Candidates must be a "ticket holder" for training and knowledge.
Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies
Completion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order
5+ years experience in a Construction environment; Service Glazing experience is preferred
Identification, training and coaching future Foremen
