The New Neighbor Success Lead guides prospective residents through every stage of the Flow experience, from initial exploration to moving in. Using data insights, human judgment, and Flow’s proprietary technology, the role tailors flexible living options—whether for 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 years—to each individual's unique circumstances. This on‑site position is embedded in the daily rhythm of our communities, learning the foundational actions and systems that shape resident experiences.
- Conduct personalized discovery conversations using Flow’s technology to assess client needs, preferences, and timeframes.
- Articulate and tailor housing solutions across Flow’s portfolio.
- Sell and negotiate within a tech‑augmented sales process that provides autonomy and accountability.
- Own the full on‑site sales motion, including tours, demonstrations, presentations, and closing.
- Maintain accountability for personal workflows and outcomes using Flow’s proprietary selling suite.
- Participate in product trainings, user testing, pilot programs, and feedback sessions.
- Provide structured input into technology roadmaps through tour notes, insights, and real‑world observations.
- Represent Flow in relationships with local realtors, influencers, and events that match the brand ethos.
