Carry out train maintenance and repairs as detailed in the Work Instructions, to company standards as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Using tools, plant and equipment in accordance with safety standards and processes.
Checking and monitoring own work.
Ensuring that quality systems are always adhered to.
Contributing to the team and continuous development to improve the skill base of the depot.

Carry out Rolling Stock testing procedures and fault diagnostic duties when appropriate.
Carry out electrical and mechanical tasks, ensuring standards of work comply with safe and efficient mechanical and electrical working practices.
