Requirements

bachelor’s

5+ years of progressive operations experience in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering discipline or equivalent qualification (e.g. HNC, NVQ) or relevant work experience.
Ability to manage conflict and escalate issues appropriately.
Organizational development and team-building expertise.
Process Safety Management experience.
Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Experience leading change in manufacturing environments.
Fluency in English.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
