General Manager

Description

• Implementing and upholding property policies and procedures
• Managing budgets, monitoring spend, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Working closely with the leasing team to maintain strong occupancy and minimise voids
• Coordinating contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
• Managing all day-to-day property operations: leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident engagement

Requirements

We’re seeking a General Manager to take the lead at a growing Build-to-Rent community in North London, someone who can combine operational excellence with a people-first approach.

• A natural communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Someone who is resident-focused, solutions-driven, and passionate about community-building
• Confident using property management systems and Microsoft Office
• Responding quickly and professionally to resident enquiries and concerns
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience in property management, BTR or multifamily experience is highly desirable.
