The MEP Superintendent oversees daily construction activities on active projects, developing execution strategies, schedules, and detailed plans in partnership with the project director and manager. This role provides technical support to on‑site trade personnel, ensures installations conform to drawings and specifications, and documents daily field activities such as reports, photographs, and safety observations. The Superintendent reports to the Senior Project Manager onsite and ultimately to the Project Director, working full‑time with the flexibility to exceed 40 hours when needed.
The position requires frequent travel to job sites, extensive walking, standing, climbing, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as the use of personal protective equipment like safety boots, hard hats, and eyewear. Employees must be able to navigate uneven terrain, ladders, scaffolds, and varying heights while performing both physical and computer‑based tasks. The work environment includes exposure to construction noise, vibrations, weather conditions, and the need for safety precautions.
