The role involves conducting all phases of field surveying, performing calculations and data checks, maintaining equipment safely, and serving as a professional representative of the brand on‑site. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Perform construction stakeout, topographic, boundary, and as‑built surveys using Trimble, Leica, Spectre total stations, GPS RTK and 3D laser scanners.
- Conduct field calculations, download and verify data, ensuring accuracy of all survey documents.
- Maintain and secure company equipment and vehicles, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with customers on‑site and positively represent the brand.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA and construction stakeout surveys, be comfortable operating robotic total stations, GPS RTK units and related tools, and possess a high school diploma, strong math and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain additional certifications such as OSHA or HAZWOPER. Physical capability to lift 50 lb and work on‑foot for eight or more hours daily is required.
- Possess 1‑3 years of experience in boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys and construction stakeout.
- Operate robotic total stations, data collectors, auto‑levels, and GPS RTK units; AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
- Hold a high school diploma, strong math and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to obtain certifications such as OSHA (10, 30, 40), HAZWOPER, TWIC, etc.
- Ability to work overtime, travel and stay overnight when required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily.
