Associate/Senior Associate Project Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate Project Manager to take on a pivotal role within a fast-growing consultancy. Acting as the number two to the Leeds Office Lead, you’ll have significant responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, and team development.

• Manage budgets, programmes, risks, and resources to ensure best-in-class delivery
• Lead the delivery of residential schemes (BTR, housing, regeneration), while maintaining oversight across a wider project mix
• Act as number two to the Office Lead, supporting business strategy and team development in the residential sector
• Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a high-performing culture
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Play a role in business development, supporting the office’s profile and growth across the region

Requirements

We’re seeking a forward-thinking project management professional with consultancy experience who is ready to step into a senior role combining delivery and leadership.

• A strong track record in residential projects (BTR, housing, regeneration); wider sector experience an advantage
• Professional qualifications (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
• Experience as an Associate, Senior Associate, or Senior Project Manager within a consultancy environment
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
