The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite presence, lead generation, tours, lease execution, and ongoing resident support.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. The position involves physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working varying shifts, including overtime and weekends. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package, 401K matching, commissions, bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
