Requirements

• Master’s degree in Structural engineering is required.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a plus.
• Experience in Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steel design is required.
• PhD in Structural Engineering with a specialization in Seismic Engineering and Structural Evaluation & Retrofit would be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CSI software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to prepare or assist in the preparation of design submittals, structural calculations, and reports.
• Knowledgeable about applicable standards and codes, with a preference for candidates familiar with American standards.
• Experience in Earthquake Engineering, Seismic Evaluations, and Retrofitting is an advantage.
• Proficient in discipline-specific engineering techniques and design calculation principles.
• Candidates must be proactive, possess strong organizational skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be an effective team player.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience or a strong academic background in using ASCE 41.
• A strong academic background and keen interest in Seismic Engineering, Structural Dynamics, and Finite Element Analysis are considered significant advantages.
