Provides direction and guidance to Transaction Manager, Facilities Management, and Project Management Office for the execution of strategies
Determines business’s priorities and concerns and tailors a solution to meet those needs while balancing corporate governance and standards
Oversees and ensures successful delivery of real estate strategies, transactions, and projects
Acts as the single point of contact to AECOM’s Region Executive and Region Finance Directors.
Manages up to 100 transactions 24 months prior to lease expiration/renewal option and while meeting a 24-month critical date schedule.
Creates an open dialog and level of honesty with the business to communicate gaps, understand the operating objectives and ultimately follow impeccable execution and communication
Creates real estate solutions and strategies that drive efficient use of all real estate assets
Articulates the objectives and services of the Americas Real Estate and Facilities Services department
Identifies and acts on unique opportunities, delivers cost savings, improves utilization
Acts as operations advocate while balancing corporate governance and standards
Provides timely, informative, and actionable reports to the Region Executive, Region Finance Director, and other stakeholders across AECOM’s enterprise

Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of related experience in client relationship management and/or corporate real estate, including strategy development, leasing, and/or workplace/facilities management, in relevant geographic locations throughout the Americas or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Attention to detail and ability to organize complex concepts and information
Ability to travel approx. 20% with travel in the USA, Canada and South America – a valid U.S. or Canada Passport, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
