Develop and calibrate models using data from field surveys, GIS, and remote sensing.
Collaborate with engineers, planners, and environmental specialists on integrated water management projects.
Support proposal development and client presentations.
Perform flood risk assessments (FRA), flood mapping, and scenario analysis.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
Mentor junior team members and review their modelling work

Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modelling using 1D and 2D software platforms (e.g., TUFLOW, Flood Modeller Pro, HEC-RAS, MIKE).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with UK/ME hydrological standards (e.g., FEH) is a plus.
Strong understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and flood modelling principles.
Experience with coastal/tidal modelling and stormwater drainage systems.
Ideally be in the range of 3-6 years’ experience in project delivery and management.
Ability to manage projects and interact with clients.
Knowledge of sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and water-sensitive urban design.
M.Tech / M.E. in Water Resources, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience with GIS tools: ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo.
Experience in QA/QC of modelling outputs.
