The Supply Chain Execution Lead oversees the operational execution of JPI’s trades material supply chain across all projects. The leader drives consistency, efficiency, and accountability while managing field material coordinators and laydown yard operations.
Key responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day field supply‑chain activities, establishing efficient workflows for receiving, staging, and distributing materials, and treating laydown yards as active warehouses with best‑practice organization, labeling, safety, and security. The lead develops, documents, and continuously improves SOPs, audits inventory accuracy, and reports performance metrics such as delivery and waste rates. Collaboration with commercial procurement, supply‑chain administration, and general‑contractor field teams aligns delivery schedules with installation timelines.
The role also trains and mentors Field Material Coordinators on company processes and technology platforms like Procore and Sage, supporting system roll‑outs and ensuring data integrity. Additional duties involve assisting in policy development, providing effective leadership across field teams, and handling other assigned responsibilities.
