Key responsibilities include implementing project controls tools, developing schedule requirements per client procedures, performing critical path analysis, and managing schedule contingency and risks. You will provide regular schedule updates, proactively address variances, support month‑end closing and phase‑gate processes, maintain standardized file locations, and produce look‑ahead, actuals, and quality reports. Additionally, you will assemble documentation, analyze data, and interface with project managers and cost analysts, with occasional travel to client offices for coordination meetings.
Essential qualifications are a post‑secondary degree, 7+ years of project scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and project controls. Strong written and verbal communication, motivation to learn, and advanced MS Excel/Access skills are required. Preferred experience includes engineering internships in the power sector and professional certifications such as AACE CST or PMI equivalents.
This Senior Project Scheduler role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days per week in the office and two days remote. You will apply technical expertise to develop and maintain schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects, collaborating with project management, clients, engineering, construction, and other key stakeholders.
