Work alongside project managers to lead the design
Provide technical expertise in site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion and sedimentation control, and stormwater management
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans and grading plans
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure project objectives (scope, schedule, deliverables) are met in accordance with established metrics
Work with project management team to identify challenges and develop and implement solutions

Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk Vehicle Tracking and Storm and Sanitary Analysis software packages, PondPack, and Microsoft Suite products
Ability to provide excellent client service
Proven experience with codes and regulations, interpreting plans, designing storm water facilities, site grading and local and state permitting for land disturbance
Experience in Autodesk Civil 3D.
Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and analytical skills
Coordinate permitting with County and local municipalities. Experience with local municipalities is a plus.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
BS in Civil Engineering or related field
15+ years related experience.
