- Track job progress, chase subcontractors, and update customers on parts and service status.
- Administer planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Log, manage, and follow up on faults using client platforms, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Monitor helpdesk systems and email queries, escalating incidents and liaising with clients and senior management.
- Assist with health and safety compliance, disaster recovery updates, and attend management meetings.
- Maintain accurate records, manage contractor controls, and oversee departmental supplies.
- Process jobs in the finance system to enable invoicing and raise purchase orders when needed.
- Coordinate engineer schedules, communicate attendance, and ensure job documentation is complete for billing.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer and contractor queries, resolving issues with professionalism.
- Support contract setup, service monitoring, and supplier performance reporting.

- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of working in a call centre / help desk (desired)
- Able to work under pressure and to defined deadlines
- Able to work as part of a larger team and independently
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Minimum grades at GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Prior Customer Service or Industry experience required.
