Leads large/complex proposals that may involve multiple business lines and regions, and supports from capture through to interview stage, as required. May facilitate workshops/sessions to support the capture manager in development of the win strategy,
Responsible for results of proposal activity
Facilitates color reviews (Pink and Red team), and applies lessons learned to add value to proposal and win plan. Serves as color team and/or compliance reviewer on other proposals. May co-present sections of Readiness Reviews during capture stage.
Analyzes internal debriefs and client feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvement and identifies trends, lesson learned or future best practices across clients or markets.
May contribute to the development and implementation/presentation of internal training content, and lead special projects, as assigned.
May serve as subject matter expert for specific client/portfolio or sector. Actively supports marketing or pursuit strategy, content development related to clients/markets, in collaboration with marketing communications, campaigns, client account managers (CAMs) and business lines, as necessary.
Participates actively in Go/No-Go decisions by providing recommendations, may facilitate greenlight analyses as part of advanced capture planning and positioning activities, supports compliance with delegation of authority guidelines and legal
