We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Management Specialist/Document Controls professional to join our team in Germantown, Maryland. This is an onsite position supporting a long-term project extending through 2026 and beyond.

  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • Previous experience in records management or document control
  • Familiarity with federal records management requirements
  • Proficiency with document management systems and databases
  • ACTIVE Q Clearance is REQUIRED (must be current and active at time of application
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Experience working in secure or classified environments
