The Role
Overview
Develop and maintain integrated management system for LNG facility
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Facilitate integration of procedures, standards, and governance processes across disciplines -Track and report on management system performance, including system health checks, compliance status, and opportunities for optimization -Ensure the management system aligns with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and industry's best practices -Lead the design, documentation, and rollout of Woodfibre LNG facility's management system ensuring the management system is operational for start up -Drive simplification, clarity, and usability of management system documentation and supporting tools -Support end-users by providing training, guidance, and tools to enable consistent adoption of management system processes -Partner with functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HSSE, etc.) to ensure processes are practical, efficient, and embedded into day-to-day work -Coordinate periodic reviews, updates, and continuous improvement of management system elements -Act as a focal point for audits and assurance activities, ensuring evidence of compliance and continual improvement

What You Bring
-Must be legally entitled to work in Canada -Advanced working knowledge of collaboration and document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Office Suite). Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI is an asset -Strong systems thinking capability, with the ability to connect processes across the organization -Bachelor's degree in engineering, business systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Demonstrated ability to develop or improve processes within a management system -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment -Hands-on experience with management systems, including policies, procedures, standards, and governance processes -Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to LNG or hydrocarbon facilities -Experience with assurance, auditing, and continuous improvement frameworks is an asset -Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills -7+ years of experience in a hydrocarbon facility (LNG, petrochemical, oil & gas, refining, or related) or heavy industry with complex systems -The position is based in Vancouver, BC, with occasional travel to Squamish site -Proven experience collaborating across multiple functions and disciplines
