Event and Retail Specialist

Description

In this role you will represent Rite Window by promoting our high‑quality products and services to prospective and existing customers through in‑store retail marketing campaigns and events. You will deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services. Ongoing training sessions will help you sharpen sales skills and deepen product knowledge, while the position serves as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in sales or management.

Requirements

• 1‑2+ years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Self‑starter attitude with drive to exceed goals.
• Collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others.
• Willingness to travel within the local market as needed.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities.
