Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity
Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
HTR1, CKR1 qualifications are desirable
Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, (essential)
Valid UK driving licence (essential)
A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenants
