Tasks

-Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality outcomes while managing quality, budget, and schedule -Participate in workshops and firm-wide initiatives to set objectives and define strategies for transportation projects -Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities -Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders to uncover future prospects and represent the firm in project interviews Build and lead a cohesive team, providing training, support, and conducting skills assessments to align with project goals -Oversee and account for projects with proficiency, including business development and client engagement

What You Bring

-Proficiency in project management software and tools -Strong leadership and team-building skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proven track record in business development and client relationship management -Ability to work a hybrid onsite work model -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field -Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred -Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation project management
