Oversee invoices to confirm charges are appropriate and are getting paid.

Troubleshoot software, coordinate solutions with OMG IT or vendor, keep staff updated of progress
Notify users of any updates or maintenance that may affect their day-to-day processes
Maintain organization of equipment distribution
Track inventory & order parts when necessary

Send HOS violation reports to managers

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Previous work within the construction industry is preferred.
Action Oriented – Be proactive with common issues, respond rapidly to requests, and approach tough challenges with a sense of determination.
Must be willing to travel to the field to assist drivers as needed, and work away from home when required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have a strong working knowledge of Database software.

Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Environmental, Health & Safety Manual.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary.
Operations center and back-office staff will need application setup and training
Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent, land to draw and interpret bar graphs
Excellent Communicator – whether verbally in person, over the phone, written correspondence, or by two-way radio.
