Overview

Provide bar service, maintain bar/dining area, restock supplies, ensure safety at Defence base.

Tasks

-Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all guests in the Defence Base site. -Delivering professional bar service every shift -Restocking and managing bar supplies -Follow RSA standards and food safety procedures -Maintaining a spotless bar and dining area -Responsible Service of Alcohol certification  (RSA) (Advantageous) -Work closely with supervisors and chefs -Assisting with food preparation when needed

What You Bring

-Uniform/PPE supplied -Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training provided if needed). -Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. -Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check #BST2026 -Minimum 1 year of experience in bar or hospitality setting. -Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards. -Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous)
