Offrir un soutien de niveau 2 et contribuer aux mises à jour semestrielles.
Configurer et tester les modules SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recrutement, Onboarding, Performance, Rémunération, LMS, etc.).
Assurer la qualité et la sécurité des données, en conformité avec les lois sur la protection des renseignements personnels.
Développer des rapports, tableaux de bord et documentation.
Participer aux ateliers de conception et aux activités d’intégration avec la paie et d’autres systèmes d’entreprise.

Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.
2 à 5 ans d’expérience en SIRH, idéalement avec SAP SuccessFactors.
Certification en gestion de projet ou en gestion du changement (PMP, PROSCI).
Expérience avec des systèmes de paie (Nethris, Dayforce, ADP).
Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration.
Certification SAP SuccessFactors.
Baccalauréat en RH, TI ou domaine connexe.
Compte de dépenses pour le mieux-être.
Connaissance des pratiques RH et de paie au Canada.
