Proficiency in real estate modeling including valuations, returns, and waterfall distributions.
French language skills are a plus but not required.
Intermediate understanding of real estate investment fundamentals including different investment structures – JVs, leases, loans.
A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in direct real estate or healthcare investing, including principal investing, fund management, investment banking / investment sales, or lending.
