Project Manager

Description

• Communicate updates and next steps with homeowners in a clear and professional manner
• Track project progress and timelines to keep jobs on schedule and within scope
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with the warehouse and office team
• Support subcontractor crews and answer questions on-site as needed
• Oversee multiple residential projects at a time, visiting each job site at least once daily

Requirements

• Some experience in construction, customer service, or scheduling preferred (but not required)
• Must be comfortable driving to job sites and working hands-on with crews and homeowners
• Are organized, punctual, and follow through on commitments
• Are calm and professional when addressing challenges or customer concerns
• Flag issues early and work with your team to solve problems quickly
• Valid driver’s license required
• Think on your feet and adapt quickly when plans change
• Must be local to the La Vergne/Nashville area
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, crews, and teammates
