- Communicate business needs to cross functional teams including data engineering, BI developers and UX
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
- Independently lead and deliver end-to-end data projects, in partnership with digital and business teams
- Engage directly with business collaborators to gather requirements, communicate technical concepts, manage feedback and drive adoption through clear communication
- Handle sophisticated data manipulations, cleaning, integration, and standardization in Excel, SQL or other tools
- Ensure delivery of solutions/products which can include mockup creation, dashboard development, insights reports etc
- Stay current with applied business AI, automation and analytics technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerQuery , proficient in Power BI, Snowflake, SQL. Experience/willingness to learn Python and Dataiku
- 6+ years’ experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence, consulting, or related roles. Prior experience in real estate will be advantageous
