Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient On‑Site Supervisor to join our team in Mason, Ohio. In this role you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain a safe work environment for the crew.

• Coordinate and supervise on‑site activities, assigning workers and prioritizing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address any issues or concerns.
• Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on‑site team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues quickly and decisively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an On‑Site Supervisor in facilities management or janitorial services.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Clean criminal background and reliable transportation required.

Benefits

The position works Monday through Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm, with occasional weekends as needed. Compensation is $18 per hour, paid bi‑weekly, and interested candidates can call or text 216‑244‑8857 to schedule an interview.
