- Coordonner la réalisation des estimations complexes suivant les différentes classes d’estimation et en assurer l’exactitude
- Réviser et approuver le rapport faisant office de base d’estimation (basis of estimate)
- Gérer, superviser et réviser le travail des membres de l’équipe en estimation en leur fournissant un encadrement et des conseils concernant leurs activités
- Assurer le développement et maintenir les relations d’affaires internes et externes
- Évaluer les budgets de projet, ainsi que les écarts de coûts entre plusieurs options et émettre des recommandations
- Développer et formaliser les pratiques internes d’estimation

- Minimum de quinze (15) années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’estimation
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Expérience dans divers projets de construction multidisciplinaires (structure, mécanique, électrique, etc.)
- Membre de l'Association des estimateurs et des économistes de la construction du Québec (AEÉCQ) et certification ESCQ ou ECCQ
- Capacité à lire des plans et manipuler des modèles 3D
- Diplôme en génie ou en architecture ou toute formation pertinente liée à l’estimation
- Connaissances des logiciels d’estimation (ex. : Quoterplan, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff ou MEANS)
- Jusqu’à cinq (5) semaines de vacances selon le nombre d’années d’expérience
- Membre de l'Institut canadien des économistes en construction (ICEC) et certification ECC ou ÉCA (atout)
- Un horaire de travail flexible dans un mode de travail hybride
