The Manufacturing Trainer will facilitate training for production employees on various shifts, ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills to work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role may require working on second or third shifts as needed.
In this position you will deliver hands‑on training for new hires and current employees on essential manufacturing processes, demonstrate proper use of equipment and machinery, and reinforce safety and ergonomic procedures. You will also coach and mentor individuals, evaluate their skills through practical assessments, collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs, and maintain accurate training records.
Candidates should have an Associate’s degree or relevant experience in education, engineering, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least one year of experience training, leading, or mentoring individuals. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, powder coating, Tulip MES, and curriculum development is highly valued, along with strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
The compensation range for this role is $26.10 to $48.50 per hour, with pay based on knowledge, skills, experience, and performance, and may include annual incentives.
