The Scheduler will maintain close working relationships with the Project Team to ensure that they meet or exceed Project Controls standards. This hands‑on role directly interfaces with estimating, design, and construction teams to manage quantity, cost, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle from the original estimate through completion.
Key duties include preparing critical path method schedules, analyzing historical and forecast data for realistic planning, communicating with owners to ensure satisfaction, providing delay analysis to mitigate risk, and ensuring project teams respond appropriately to schedule risks. The Scheduler also oversees contract notices, documents schedule assumptions, conducts monthly audits, trains staff on scheduling software, and supports a positive, inclusive work environment.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, combined with 3‑8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent education/experience mix. Candidates should understand Earned Value Management Systems and be proficient with document control tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office) and scheduling software (Primavera 6, MS Project). Compensation includes base pay plus a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
