Contracts Administrator
Interior Logic Group, Inc.
Interior Logic Group offers design, installation, and renovation services for residential and commercial properties.
Review contracts, coordinate between sales & legal, support finance tasks.
Review all contracts and payment schedules received from Builders and Sales, compare to internal bids for accuracy.
Maintain records of Subcontractor insurance.
Assist with daily Shared Services Department reporting as needed and during month end process.
Prepare documents to submit to Legal department for review, revision, and final execution.

High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines.
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate agreement between parties with different perspectives.
