Through this role you will collaborate with our tech team to encode market intelligence into Astra, standardizing markets, triggering automation, and facilitating quality‑assurance. This integration ensures lessons learned are captured and future processes are continuously optimized.
We are seeking a quantitative, detail‑oriented analyst to solve hard problems and advance renewable energy. The analyst will work cross‑functionally to evaluate properties, generate accurate offers, conduct market research, partner with business development, and structure transactions that meet our investment and risk criteria. The role demands managing a fast‑moving workload, reprioritizing on the fly, and ensuring critical tasks progress despite changing plans.
We are looking for recent graduates with strong internships or early‑career experience in project management, finance, economics, energy or related fields. Ideal candidates are flexible quick responders who thrive in a multi‑threaded environment, are detail‑oriented, quantitative, and client‑obsessed, and enjoy working cross‑functionally. A growth mindset, team ethos, and belief that no problem is too hard are essential, and candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Boulder/Denver, CO.
This is a full‑time, in‑office position based at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. Remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role.
The position offers a base salary of $58,500‑$78,000 per year plus equity in the form of stock options.
