- Train team members in proper work task execution
- Ensure proper labeling and receipt of product
- Evaluate and assign daily workload
- Perform daily work tasks as required to meet the deliverables of the department
- Maintain equipment through determined maintenance schedule

- Provide effective feedback to encourage and improve team member work as required
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools to complete assigned tasks
- Coordinate daily staff scheduling and planning

- Must have previous warehouse distribution experience in a high-volume, fast passed environment
- Must have forklift and pallet rider experience
- Meticulous attention to detail; commitment to producing quality product
- High School Diploma or GED is required
