This role is pivotal in ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of design, functionality, and client satisfaction in line with budget and programme requirements. You will act as the primary interface between clients, contractors and internal teams, managing project from concept through to completion.
- Oversee design development and review consultant/contractor proposals to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including fire safety, MEP systems, health & safety, and building regulations
- Manage consultants, contractors, and third-party stakeholders to achieve cost, programme, and quality objectives
- Lead the delivery of new flexible office space projects, across all RIBA Stages, from feasibility and business case approval through to practical completion and handover
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on project budgets, programme, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into tailored workspace solutions
- Ensure robust quality assurance procedures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with company design, operational, and commercial standards
- Work closely with Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver seamless project outcomes for the client or the business
- Define and drive the Procurement strategy specific to each project
- Alongside managing projects, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project Managers within the Interiors team, responsible for the day to day, issue resolution, regular catch ups, monthly reporting to the Head of Interiors and performance reviews.
- Confidently present concepts, progress updates, and final solutions to clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain full compliance with internal approval processes and governance frameworks
- Manage handover and close-out processes

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke workspace solutions for our members across a small team of project managers.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and capex planning
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, fire safety, building regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of delivering commercial office space projects as Client side Project/Development Manager, consultant, or contractor
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and third-party contractors
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, or related discipline is advantageous
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle across all RIBA stages
- Strong project management skills including programme management, cost control, risk management, and reporting
- Professional membership preferred (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, CEng or equivalent)
- Competence with project management tools such as MS Project or similar
- Ability to interrogate and challenge design proposals, particularly in relation to MEP and compliance
