- Assist with quantity take-offs and estimates using ISEC’s proprietary estimating software.
- Support Purchasing in material buyout processes and vendor management.
- Review architectural drawings to identify scope and material needs.
- Collect and compare vendor quotes (RFQs) and assist in in-house pricing efforts.
- Coordinate with Business Development to align bids with sales strategy.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, kickoff meetings, and post-bid review sessions.
