The Community Director contributes to branch growth by overseeing community management, fostering positive relationships, supporting strategic planning and fiscal operations, and leading staff development.
Associa is seeking a Community Director for its Fairfield, NJ location. The role involves close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal departments, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Successful candidates will have a solid foundation in accounting, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational abilities. A bachelor’s degree and CMCA designation are preferred, along with 5–7 years of community‑association or related experience that includes personnel management.
