Manage defect resolution during the liability period, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Monitor contractor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
Review contractor shop drawings and material proposals, ensuring proper coordination with structural and electrical disciplines.
Prepare and review quantity estimates for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
Oversee procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
Lead coordination between clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely provision of site utilities and resources.
Develop and manage detailed MEP construction schedules, including two-week and monthly look-aheads.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.
Facilitate site meetings, issue technical clarifications, and proactively resolve construction and coordination issues.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
6–8 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
