  • Work on award winning projects with award winning people
  • Oversees the coordination work between various disciplines and subconsultants completing work on the project
  • Main contact between Roadway Dept., clients and subconsultants
  • Regulates project budgets and schedules and provides input for contractual requirements and adjustments.
  • Helps with coordinating and resolving technical issues which need the clients’ input and decision making
  • Estimates Department manpower needs and assigns work to meet project milestone dates.
  • Oversees all Roadway Department activities
  • Responsible for all common PM duties – scoping and negotiating fees, scheduling, budget tracking, monitoring QC comments and client review comments
  • Supervises and responsible for roadway staff, time sheet and related approvals, annual reviews, etc.
  • Assists with marketing efforts - project identification, client visits, proposals, and presentations
  • Accentuates work through professional development. Encourages and is responsible for professional development of office or staff.
  • Assists in planning and developing engineering projects and the coordination of project concepts
  • Supervises and directs team leaders, engineers, and technicians
