Description

• Conduct complex analyses for segments of engineering and environmental projects.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities and expand work on existing projects.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff, including participation in hiring.
• Provide senior support to field activities, ensuring accurate data collection and laboratory analysis within budget and schedule.
• Manage multiple projects, prepare progress reports, change orders, invoices, and assist with payment collections.
• Organize, write, and edit reports, proposals, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with work groups across offices and disciplines as needed.
• Interface professionally with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental investigations and remediation.
• In‑depth knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations.
• Strong project, client, and people management skills with business acumen.
• Proficiency in quantitative/technical analysis software.
• Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, analytical judgment, and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

The role involves leading environmental and engineering remediation projects nationwide, overseeing research, design, field investigations, and laboratory analysis while ensuring projects restore blighted properties responsibly.
