

Provides engineering, procurement, construction and technology solutions to government and industry worldwide.
In this position the incumbent will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals, schedules and quality standards are met. The role involves coordinating construction delivery, logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover activities, while fostering constructive design solutions and value engineering. Performance will be monitored through KPIs, progress reports and compliance with QHS&E requirements.
Candidates must hold a BSc/BEng in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field, and bring at least 15 years of overall experience, including five years in a similar role and five years working in the Middle East. Proven expertise in managing complex residential, school, mixed‑use and villa projects, as well as leading teams of 15‑20 members, is essential. Strong communication, report‑writing, MS Office proficiency and fluency in English (Arabic advantageous) are required, alongside leadership, accountability and HSE awareness.
