The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and works within a collaborative service team in Loveland, Colorado, in a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote). The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to address needs, process orders, handle complaints, and provide basic product assistance.
