Manage and mentor the Senior Manager, Events, and Sales Coordinator.
Ensure event strategies align with brand positioning, sales team needs, and business objectives.
Partner closely with the SVP, Marketing as a trusted advisor and execution partner on brand and communications.
Collaborate with ALAM business marketing team to align brand and events to business initiatives, such as the Annual Report, advisor communications, quarterly updates, social media presence, and ad hoc sales materials.
Provide creative and messaging direction to the design team; ensure all assets align with brand standards.
