Partner with construction and operations leaders to standardize best-in-class SOPs across key workflows including RFIs, Submittals, Budgeting, and Change Orders.
Prepare executive-level dashboards and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Support onboarding, training, and change management efforts across field and office users.
Partner with IT and security to ensure systems meet governance, data integrity, and cybersecurity standards.
Develop and monitor compliance reporting and audit mechanisms to ensure adherence to contractual, safety, and procedural standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback, usage analytics, and evolving business needs.

Serve as the product owner for Procore, managing configuration requests, permission models, and vendor escalation.

Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Project Controls to ensure accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and invoice validation within Procore and integrated systems.

3+ years of experience in construction technology, project controls, or digital transformation within the EPC or renewable energy sector.

Experience with ERP or finance system integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of construction workflows, including scheduling, procurement, cost control, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing field and executive audiences.
Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
