New Home Sales Associates - Ormond Beach/Palm Coast Area

Description

The New Home Sales Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional buying experience while driving home sales.

• Recruit, motivate, and build long-term relationships with prospective homebuyers through prospecting, broker outreach, referrals, lead cultivation, and marketing events
• Greet visitors at model homes, capture registration info, identify buyer wants and needs, assess interest, conduct tours, and explain home features and community amenities
• Influence buyers' decisions by clearly communicating product value and tailoring solutions based on needs analysis
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects and highlight product and builder advantages
• Build strong rapport with homeowners by communicating construction progress and addressing concerns
• Stay informed by attending weekly sales meetings, ongoing training, and keeping current with industry best practices and publications

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Exhibit strong follow‑up, organizational, and multitasking capabilities
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Show self‑motivation, attention to detail, and a positive professional attitude
• Hold an active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
• Have a valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
