Geotechnical Office Opener

Description

You will be responsible for establishing and leading a new geotechnical office in Savannah. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to build a successful regional presence.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in Savannah and coastal Georgia.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and reporting for infrastructure, transportation, and commercial projects.

• In-house chef providing breakfast and lunch daily for all team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of geotechnical experience, including leadership or business development roles.
• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and site investigation techniques.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia (required).
