Production of engineering designs utilising standard software.
Preparing / leading design team progress meetings onsite

Developing road and sewer designs with the approving bodies in order to solve all associated engineering issues.
Briefing and managing the Foundation Design Consultant.
Preparing/Co-ordinating external levels drawings.
Obtaining Section 38 and Section 104 approvals.
Assisting in the production of site appraisals.
Assembling and delivering the civil engineering package.
PDS design software.
Assisting with the organisation of Utility designs and Diversions
Preparing/Co-ordinating detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs.
Discharging engineering related and building related issues.
Completing Section 38 and Section 104 agreements.
Preparing/Co-ordinating private drainage drawings.
Preparing/Co-ordinating Site works
Building Regs Part H & BS8301.
Assisting in the discharge of engineering related planning conditions.
Requirements
