

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include unit inspections to ensure inventory availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and daily maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris.
Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for traveling between work locations, with mileage reimbursement available.
